The Lodge Built in 1886 and the Bearses Home was renovated/remoldeled to become an Inn in 1890 by Nelson H Bearse JR. The Inn Overlooked Peaceful East Bay and Nantucket Sound. Located in Osterville, MA Cape Cod was a prime Resort Area attracting visitors form all over! It Became the place to be and be seen for vacationers rivaling any other Inn or Resort along the East Coast. It grew to be more than an estate with time, with multiple buildings, and 75 rooms.
