Freezer gets down to -30, but I adjusted it to go on at -15 and off at -20. Freezer is adjustable to whatever temperature you need. The freezer plugs into 110 standard house plug, and get to -20 and hold temperature below 0 for 8 to 10 hours. I had this cold plate freezer plugged in for a week, and it worked with no problems. I turned off at -20, and turned back on at about -15. This insert also would work good in your food truck, or ice cream truck for soda or water with the temperature adjusted to a warmer setting. The freezer is removed from the golf cart it was in, and is on a pallet. I have a tractor with forks to load it into your truck, van, or even SUV if it is big enough. It is heavy, but could be lifted by 2 fairly strong people. The dimension on the picture are all within 1/2 inch of this freezer, if this will be a tight squeeze, ask I and will get the exact measurements.
