It has a 12 1/2″ cooking height and stands on 4″ legs. The 1 thick polished steel griddle plate is welded to a stainless steel back and tapered side splashes. There is one 25,000 BTU/hour “U” shaped aluminized steel burner and embedded, mechanical snap action thermostat for each 12 of griddle width. The temperature adjusts from 200° to 450°F. There is one pilot safety for every two burners.
