You plug the freezer in at night into a standard outlet and she gets to -20 and holds temp all day. Do tons of volume on a busy Saturday and your ice cream will stay frozen. Truck is a 6 cylinder with automatic, power steering. Recently inspected and starts right up. Racks for candy and lots of room for back stock. Freezer holds 80 to 90 cases of ice cream comfortably. This can be run either on a mixer or a standalone power head. There is no manufacturers mark that I could locate on this unit. This unit is unused and didn’t even have a fiber washer in it until I added one. Currently it has a 1/8 die installed, marked A12 on the face and H&C on the side. The knife is marked Zico Germany, #10. Knives and plates are the same size for #10 & #12. The screw is unmarked, as in the body. Very heavy unit, just shy of 14 pounds. A magnet will stick to it, so not cast aluminum, probably an iron alloy, although that’s just a guess. This should supply decades of service if properly cared for. Currently I have listed plates, sausage stuffing horns and replacement fiber washers size. 75 internal, 1.30 external that you can combine to trick it out to your liking. No hopper or pusher is included/available, sorry. Other than that, the rest is pretty standard. Please ask any and all questions and if you’d like additional pictures, I’m happy to provide them.
