The low profile design measures 11″ high on 4″ adjustable legs. The 1″ thick polished steel griddle plate has a 12 gauge 4″ stainless steel back and tapered side splashes. The grease chute is fully welded to stop grease migration. For every 12″ of griddle width, there is one 27,000 BTU/hour “U shaped aluminized steel burner and mechanical snap action thermostat. It comes with chrome thermostat knob guards. The temperature adjusts from 200° to 550° F. There is one pilot safety for every two burners. The stainless steel grease trough is 3-1/2 wide.
