This is a lot of 12 vintage Medallion Sterling China restaurant ware bowls. They all have an aqua/green/white atomic, mid century modern style pattern. All bowls are on excellent condition – no cracks or chips. There is only one bowl that has some “made during manufacturing” flaws – tiny black spots which are in the glaze on one area of the back and on the inside opposite of these spots is an area where it looks like there had been some bubbling in the glaze (see photos #7 and #8). They measure about 7 1/2 inches in diameter and stand 1 6/8 inches tall. They are marked “MEDALLION STERLING CHINA” on the bottoms. They also each have three stilt or kiln marks on the back, which occurred during the glazing and kiln process. These are highly collectible pieces due to the atomic, mid century modern style pattern.
