This is a well-used, very-soiled, very-stained restaurant kitchen-instruction 3-ring-binder manual with approx. By November 1981, the company filed for bankruptcy. Many of the pictures are quite amusing, given the simplicity of the dishes shown. There’s even one showing an unopened mini cereal box leaning in an otherwise empty cereal bowl.
