RARE “Le Pavillon Bleu Restaurant” Exposition Universelle de 1900, Paris Silver Plated Bowl by Christofle. “Le Pavillon Bleu” was an ephemeral luxury restaurant designed by René Dulong and Gustave Serrurier-Bovy for the universal exhibition of 1900 in Paris and located at the foot of the Eiffel tower. Good solid condition, plating is still bright, some rubbing, surface marks, imperfections, signs of age and use, minor bumps, and slight bend in handles, all commensurate with the clear pictures.
