This is a commercial stainless steel hot plate in excellent condition. I had a raw vegan cafe so this was barely used. Sometimes used to heat water or to temper chocolate at low temps. Cast iron element and stainless steel exterior. Dial goes from 0 – (off) to 12. Indicator light glows when hot plate is on. UL and CUL approved.
