This can be run either on a mixer or a standalone power head. Per the sticker, it was made by Intedge of Roseland, NJ. Warning and NSF stickers are also affixed. This unit is used, but just barely based on the fiber washer’s condition and screw edges. Currently it has a new 3/16 die installed, marked U. Edge 12×3/16 B14N on the side. The knife is also new and marked Zico Germany, #10. Knives and plates are the same size for #10 & #12. The screw is unmarked, as is the body other than the sticker. Body appears to be aluminum, as it is not magnetic. One thing I noted that differed from the others I have on hand is that there’s a little play in the tailstock that the shaft passes through on this one, as shown in the last picture. Doesn’t seem to bother it any, but I like to point out anything I notice so it’s known. This is the only Intedge I have, so that may be perfectly normal for them. This should supply decades of service if properly cared for. Currently I have listed plates, sausage stuffing horns and replacement fiber washers size. 75 internal, 1.30 external that you can combine to trick it out to your liking.
