We recently removed this custom made cook line from a local noodle restaurant. Overall dimensions of this unit are 97 ½W x 44D x 39T. It is in good used condition. We tested it in our shop and everything is working fine. It includes (3) three Star hot plates with a total of (8) eight burners that have been converted to accommodate wok pans. The burners measure 10 diameter and are rated at 25,000 BTU/Hr. The equipment stand is 19T and the hot plates are 12T providing a comfortable working height. There are (2) cutouts in the equipment stand that will hold 3rd pans allowing convenient access to your product. There is also a 6 diameter water well for your utensils. Two large open spaces below provide room for storage. Casters are installed for ease of mobility. This unit is also equipped with a Delfield Model 9987SCN drop in refrigerated cold well. It will require a standard 120 volt, single phase electrical supply. The refrigerated section measures 88 ½W x 7D x 9 ½T providing ample space for your cold product.
