Cookshack SM260 Smoker BBQ with cold plate for cold smoking. This was used commercially for two years but has been looked at by Restaurant equipment brokers and I have been told it is in great condition. The discoloring on the inside is simply carbon from being used, I decided to not remove it all as some people prefer to have a smoker with “seasoning”. I have used this for many things, product manual says it can do 200lbs of brisket at a time and I can certainly agree. Have used it for everything from pork butts, wings, ribs, even a suckling pig.
