These are two hard to find Jackson Pottery plates with windmill decorations done in an art deco style. One measures 9 3/4 inches and the other measures 9 inches. The smaller one is probably a luncheon plate or a salad plate. The larger one is a dinner plate. The larger plate shows some light wear when tipped a certain way towards the light. The smaller plate is almost mint. While it unknown what restaurant these were from, the plates were made by Jackson Pottery for the Kaleberer Hotel Supply Company which operated in Seattle Washington and Portland Oregon. There were several restaurants in the Oregon/Washington area with the name Windmill. I do not know what time period these are from, but as noted, the art work looks like an art deco style so perhaps they are from the late 1940’s to the mid 1950’s.
