Both patented 180 degree valves have a low setting of only 5,000 BTU for simmering soups, stews, chili, and much more. The HDOB-212 countertop open burner range is designed with a combination stainless and aluminized steel exterior, a stainless steel landing ledge, and a large-capacity, slide-out stainless steel crumb tray. Its heavy-duty, heat resistant 11- and 16-gauge steel interior combustion chamber is hand-welded for added strength and durability.
